Backless Halter Dress is an Iced dyed tie dye by hand dying the fabric with powdered dye and ice to create a flowing effect.  The Center starburst gravity dye on these are available in greens, rust and rainbow.

This Va-va-voom dress that has a simple design and drapes like a dream made by Dharma.  Attached binding neckline and straps. Ties behind the neck. Waterfall drape at the center front when worn. Turned and stitched hem. Women’s sizing for a true fit. Not junior sizing. Can be worn over a swimsuit or a sports bra. Made of soft flowing 100% woven Rayon flat challis.
